We work on it 221 days a year or four days a week, every week.<\/p>\n<p>On Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays Iris team is dedicated to research and design of the menu.<\/p>\n<p>A three day framework when we serve our guests is a balance that allows us to present everything we have achieved through desired format.<\/p>\n<p>That is one of the main reasons that we want our guests to plan their visit ahead.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/newbalkancuisine.com\/en\/iris-new-balkan-cuisine-restaurant\/\">Iris is opening its doors on 16th of November.
