We all tried Popara prepared in a certain way. Every household has its own version or more versions in accordance with available ingredients.

Necessary ingredients are bread, water, salt, dairy product, garlic.

This basis can be reworked in various directions and its use is much wider than just breakfast.

With few extras from basic Popara we create a sauce. It can be a side dish or just a sauce that enriches the dish, depending on density.

We serve Popara sauce with braised chunks of Buša beef. It is enriched by bone reduction which boosts the meat flavour and balances the aroma of garlic. It contributes to finer creaminess and combines all segments of the dish.
